Hi there! I'm Marissa, a stay-at-home mom in Knoxville, TN. Honestly at this point in my life I am living my dream. I am staying home with my precious babies which is what I've wanted since I was a child, literally. This job that I have is the most important job I could have. It is a true blessing and I am so thankful for a hardworking, loving husband who works his butt off so I get to be the one with our babies each and every day. I got into blogging after the birth of my son. I kind of slipped back out of it but something about a new baby makes me want to get into it again. It's a great way to stay connected and to log our lives as they are changing so quickly!
As a new-ish mom I'm interested in natural childbirth (we love the Bradley method), breastfeeding, cloth diapering, baby wearing, co-sleeping and learning to balance life as a Christian, wife, mother, homemaker, sister, daughter, Aunt, and friend.
I love shopping (more than my husband wished I did), coffee, sewing and crafting, crocheting, reading all things birth and parenting related, and chocolate.
